Terms of Service
Version . These terms apply to every booking. The version you accept at checkout is the one that applies to your booking.
The short version: you're renting decorative silk flowers. Treat them kindly, keep them away from flames, and return them on time. You're responsible for them while they're with you. Our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid us. The full terms below are what count.
1. Agreement
"We," "us" and "our" mean , based in . "You" means the person who makes the booking. By checking the box at checkout and paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms of Service for yourself and on behalf of anyone who receives, handles or uses the rented items (your "party," including your wedding party, guests, family, planners and venue). You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
2. What you're renting
- All items are artificial (silk/faux) floral decor rented for decorative use only. They are not fresh flowers and are not sold to you.
- Photos on our website are examples. Colors, sizes and arrangements can vary between pieces and on different screens. Slight differences are not a defect.
- We may substitute a piece of similar style and value if an item is damaged, lost or otherwise unavailable. If we can't provide a substitute, our only obligation is to refund the rental price of the missing piece.
3. Booking, deposit and payment
- Your booking is confirmed only after your deposit is paid. Checkout reserves your pieces for 30 minutes while you pay.
- Deposit refunds: if you cancel or more days before your wedding, we refund your full deposit. If you cancel less than days before, the deposit is forfeited. It covers our cost of holding your pieces and turning away other bookings for your dates.
- The remaining balance is due no later than days before your wedding. We'll send an invoice. If the balance isn't paid on time, we may cancel your booking and keep the deposit.
- Prices, fees and taxes are shown at checkout. Utah sales tax applies to local orders and orders shipped to Utah.
4. Changes and cancellations
- By you: you can cancel at any time by emailing us. Your cancellation date is the day we receive your email. Cancel or more days before your wedding and we refund your full deposit. Cancel less than days before and the deposit is forfeited. Any balance you've already paid is refunded either way. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. We'll try to move your booking to a new date once, if the pieces are available. That is not guaranteed.
- By us: if we have to cancel for any reason, we will refund everything you have paid us. That refund is your only remedy, and we are not responsible for any other costs, such as replacement flowers.
5. Rental period and returns
- The rental period starts when you (or your party) receive the items and ends on the return date shown at checkout and in your confirmation.
- Late returns: per day, per booking, until the items are back with us. For shipped orders, "returned" means dropped off with the carrier using our return label by the return date.
- Items not returned within days after the return date are treated as not returned and charged as described in section 6, in addition to late fees already owed.
- Return every piece, including vessels, pins, wraps and packaging we provided. Missing parts are charged as damage.
6. You're responsible for the items
From the moment you or your party receive the items until they are back with us (or, for shipped orders, scanned by the carrier using our return label), you are fully responsible for them: loss, theft, damage and misuse, whoever causes it. That includes guests, children, pets, venue staff, weather and accidents.
